SUMMARY:2019 Fall Clean-up!
DESCRIPTION:Fellow makers (and mess makers)!\nOn Sat Nov. 16 we will be hosting our twice-yearly cleanup at the Boston Maker space. From 11am to 3pm\, please join us in our relentless quest to give you the best most productive and tidy workplace imaginable. Fun will be encouraged\, and lunch will be provided. \nYou too can help us with: \n\nFinding the jewels among the junk by testing our extra PCs\nScrubbing paint overspray\nReconfiguring our sewing workstation\nHanging stuff on the walls\n…and more!\n\nRemember this is a supportive community\, and sometimes friends need to tell friends when their bits are looking shabby. Even if you can’t make it to the scheduled event\, take your next opportunity to clean-up\, organize\, and label your projects. We WILL be cleaning\, and garbage WILL be thrown. Make sure your stuff isn’t part of it! \nWe have also heard lots of feedback and a desire for storage. We are working on that\, but we have to live within our limits in the mean time. \nHope to see you there! \n–Stephan\, Dominic\, and Darien \nUPDATE:Hey we’re really looking forward to getting un-dirty tomorrow. But I have two favors to ask for anyone interested:\n\nWe’re looking for someone to take a few snapshots of all the hard work. We might also have fun\, so pictures of that would be nice too.\nThe forecast is going to be chilly\, so would someone bring some ready-to-serve hot chocolate and cups? We will reimburse. Thanks Louw!
