An event every month that begins at 7:00 pm on day Second of the month, repeating until March 14, 2017
Whether you’re interested in databases, plumbing, or social media, Boston Makers has a volunteer opportunity for you. Join us every second Tuesday of the month from 7-9 p.m. to help with committee tasks. As of June 2016, these include:
- space fixes, installing a sink, doing inventory of all our new and donated equipment, organizing to make the space more usable for all
- helping us reinstall CiviCRM to track donations and set up class registrations
- social media and website updates–everything from updating plugins to editing photos and scheduling posts on Facebook and Twitter.
- TBD (there’s always work to do in a makerspace!)
We require all regular volunteers to attend a Volunteer Orientation. No RSVP is necessary for orientation or committee meetings, and all (ages 18 and up) are welcome!
